PHOTO RELEASE

I understand that Academy 1 Sports College wishes to collect and use photographs taken and/or video footage recorded and/or audio recorded by the College or anyone authorised by the College featuring myself for the purposes set out below.  I understand that these photograph(s) and/or video(s) contain my personal data (and may include my sensitive personal data) including my image, voice recording, statements of opinion and may be used alongside my first name, my age and the name of the course(s) I am studying or have studied.

I confirm that I:

grant the College, its employees, officers and agents exclusive permission to use the Image, in its original format or edited or altered in any way which the College deems appropriate, in the College's printed publications, presentations, promotional materials, in the advertising of the College's services or on the College's website and hereby provide my consent to the collection, retention, use and other processing of the Data by the College for the Specified Purposes, including transfer outside the European Economic Area for these purposes.

I hereby release and discharge the College and all licensees and assignees from any liability whatsoever, by reason of any distortion or alteration or use in composite or other form, whether intentional or not, which may occur in the making or use of the Image.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
